GLASS ENAMEL PAINTS

“Glass Enamel Paint” Research&Development Project initiated in 2014 for Construction – Furniture and White Goods sectors has been finalized by 2015 and production has been started upon the completion of invesment infrastructure in 2016.

With its environmental consciousness FARPER CHEMICALS is in possession of ROHS and REACH certificates, producing solely lead-free paints which applied with serigraphy, rotocolor and spraying technique do not contain heavy metals.

Glassper ZTB

Glassper ZTB is a zinc based “black” enamel paint used in construction , furniture and white goods sector.

Glassper ZTW

Glassper ZTW is zinc based “white” enamel paint used in construction , furniture and white goods sector.

Glassper RAL

Glassper RAL is a zinc based “RAL – coded” enamel paint used in construction, furniture and white goods sector.
Apart from the standard black and white, wide range of different colors of RAL, Pantone, NCS codes can be created. Based on specific customer demands, special products can be developed in accordance with the requested specification, either in the laboratory environment or on-site with the technical experts of FARPER CHEMICALS.

Glassper BTB

Glassper BTB is a bismuth-based enamel paint developed specially for oven glasses aimed at white goods sector possess a low melting point and their acidic endurance is high.

Marking Ink

Marking Ink is a pigmented white ink used in glass production lines for the signification of the defects on float glasses.
The marks are wash resistant up to 80 °C and their endurance against mechanical impacts are high.

Mediums

Glass mediums specially formulated by FARPER CHEMICAL for dyes used on glass surfaces are applied with screenprinting, rotocolor printing and spraying techniques. These mediums classified as solvent-based and water-based are used with diluents depending on the application of the paint. As for the drying characteristic, it can be arranged according to the process. Through its effective formula; dye viscosity and density remain stable throughout the production, a perfect color transmission is accomplished on the glass, colors and tones achieved during the production remain stable.
